We are currently seeking a Warehouse Assistant. This is a full-time position suitable for freshers, with job locations available in Ernakulam, Kozhikode, Alwaye, Bangalore, Chennai, and Coimbatore. The ideal candidate should have between 0 to 1 year of work experience in a similar role. The Warehouse Assistant will be responsible for various warehouse operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.

Qualifications and Skills

• Knowledge of inventory management to keep track of stock levels and maintain accurate records.
• Proficiency in shipping and receiving to handle all incoming and outgoing orders accurately.
• Skilled in order picking to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled correctly and promptly.
• Ability to conduct quality control to verify the condition and accuracy of warehouse items.
• Strong organizational skills to maintain an orderly and efficient warehouse environment.
• Keen attention to detail to prevent errors and ensure the highest quality of work.
• Effective communication skills to work well within a team and understand task instructions.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Organize and store warehouse items efficiently to optimize space and improve operational efficiency.
• Pick and pack orders accurately for shipment, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
• Maintain inventory records by inputting data on stock levels, locations, and quantities.
• Conduct regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and report any discrepancies.
• Keep the warehouse clean and tidy, following safety guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
