We are hiring a Senior Accountant to join the team . As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial statements, and monitoring budgets. Qualifications and Skills

• A minimum of 7-10 years of experience as an Accountant, preferably in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Office
• Experience with budgeting and forecasting
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Certified Public Accounting (CPA) certification is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage all accounting transactions and ensure accurate and timely recording of financial data
• Prepare financial statements, including monthly and annual accounts
• Maintain general ledger and perform reconciliations
• Review and analyze financial statements for discrepancies and variances
• Manage payroll and provide support for employee compensation and benefits
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
• Perform financial analysis and provide recommendations for improvement
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve accounting and financial issues
• Stay updated with accounting principles and best practices
