Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and passionate Sales Executive to join our team. This is an entry-level position ideal for freshers with 0 to 1 year of work experience. The role is full-time and based out of either Ernakulam or Kozhikode. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving the sales strategy and achieving business targets.

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent communication skills (Mandatory skill)
• Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively and achieve sales targets
• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to manage and analyze customer interactions
• Understanding of sales strategy to develop and implement successful sales plans
• In-depth product knowledge to accurately present and sell employment solutions
• Effective problem-solving abilities to address client concerns and improve sales processes
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage workload efficiently
