Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee our HR department and develop, implement and manage our human resource strategies, policies, and programs. The HR Manager will be responsible for attracting, retaining, and developing talent, while ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

 Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs aligned with the organization's objectives

 Oversee the recruitment and hiring process to attract top talent

 Develop and implement effective onboarding programs for new employees

 Conduct performance management and employee development activities, including performance evaluations, coaching, and career development plans

 Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations

 Develop and implement compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent

 Manage employee retention initiatives and exit interviews

 Manage HR administration and maintain employee records and HR systems

 Ensure a positive and inclusive work culture Requirements:

 Proven experience as an HR Manager

 Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices

 Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and policies

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

 Strong organizational and time management skills

 Knowledge of employment laws and regulations

 Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field
