We are in search of skilled and experienced WordPress Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining WordPress websites and applications. You will work closely with front-end developers and design team to translate requirements into technical solutions that deliver optimal performance and user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team lead, clients, and the design team to discuss website design and functionality requirements, translating their vision into a technical plan for optimal performance
• Craft custom WordPress themes and plugins to enhance website functionality, tailoring solutions to meet specific project requirements
• Perform WordPress maintenance tasks on existing websites, such as updates, backups, and security enhancements
• Conduct comprehensive website performance assessments and tests, identifying and resolving any issues that may impact user experience
• Oversee and manage backend components, encompassing database and server integration, to ensure the website operates smoothly
• Promptly address and resolve issues and glitches, ensuring the website remains error-free
• Provide clients with hands-on WordPress training sessions, recordings, or videos to empower them to effectively manage and update their websites
• Monitor the real-time performance of live websites, proactively identifying and addressing any issues to maintain optimal functionality
• Customize and extend existing WordPress themes and plugins, adhering to best practices and coding standards
• Implement and maintain SEO best practices for WordPress websites, optimizing their search engine visibility

Desired Skills:

• Proven 4 years of experience as WordPress Developer or with similar position
• Demonstrated expertise in theme and plugin development, including customization using popular page builders such as Elementor, Page Bakery, and ACF
• Proficient in WordPress development best practices, including Ajax integration within the WordPress environment, and adept in project management to ensure efficient task execution
• Profound proficiency in frontend technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery
• Demonstrated expertise in developing user-friendly interfaces for websites and web applications
• Skillful in creating responsive design websites that adapt seamlessly to various devices
• Skilled in navigating debugging tools like Firebug, Chrome Inspector, and others
• Proficiency in utilizing and exploring AI tools to enhance coding practices and solutions
• A robust grasp of PHP backend development principles
