We are seeking an experienced PHP Developer with a strong background in WordPress, Laravel, Core PHP, and Custom PHP development. The ideal candidate should also possess a solid understanding of database management and server configuration. As a PHP developer, your role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining the back-end architecture of websites and applications. You will collaborate closely with front-end developers to ensure a seamless user experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Working Hours: 8:00 PM IST to 4:00 AM IST

For first 3 months, work from office 11 AM IST to 8 PM IST

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Laravel, Core PHP, or Custom PHP-based solutions customized for unique client requirements and specific projects
• Design and implement WordPress themes and plugins with a focus on achieving high performance, robust security, and scalability
• Manage and optimize databases to ensure data integrity, security, and efficient retrieval
• Configure and maintain server environments to ensure optimal performance and security for PHP applications
• Conduct regular code reviews to maintain code quality and identify opportunities for optimization. Implement performance improvements and ensure adherence to coding standards
• Utilize version control systems (e.g., Git) to manage and track changes in the codebase. Collaborate effectively with team members using version control tools
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for code, processes, and configurations. Ensure documentation is accessible and up-to-date for the benefit of the development team and other team members
• Interact with clients to understand project requirements, provide technical guidance, and address any concerns. Communicate effectively to ensure client satisfaction throughout the development process

Desired Skills:

• Proven 4 years of experience as a PHP Developer, with a focus on WordPress, Laravel, and Core PHP
• Strong expertise in PHP, MySQL, and other relevant technologies. Knowledge of server configurations and optimization
• Basic knowledge of DevOps practices, including continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD), to streamline development workflows
• Proven ability to optimize code for performance, scalability, and maintainability, contributing to the overall efficiency of projects
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues efficiently
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and stay updated on industry trends
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders or clients
