Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Mid-Level QA Engineer to join our dynamic team in Surat. This full-time position requires a minimum of 4 to 6 years of extensive experience in quality assurance and testing. The QA Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software systems through rigorous testing practices.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience of at least 4 years in quality assurance roles with a solid understanding of testing methodologies.
• Expertise in test automation (Mandatory skill) with the ability to implement and manage automation scripts and frameworks.
• Strong understanding of quality assurance processes including writing test plans, defining test strategies, and establishing timelines.
• Hands-on experience in regression testing, ensuring consistent system functionality across all updates.
• Familiarity with defect tracking tools to accurately identify, document, and report bugs and issues.
• Proficient in agile methodologies, contributing to agile processes including daily stand-ups and sprint planning.
• Experience with performance testing to ensure software scalability and reliability under various conditions.
• Ability to conduct API testing, validating endpoint functionality and reliability.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test automation suites for various platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver software quality standards.
• Conduct thorough regression testing to ensure system consistency throughout ongoing developments.
• Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs with attention to detail.
• Review and analyze system specifications, identifying potential areas for improvement.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes and methodologies.
• Communicate effectively with other QA engineers and team members to achieve quality objectives.
