Job Overview

We are urgently seeking a smart and dynamic individual to join our Human Resources department as an HR Executive. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, strong interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to handle HR operations effectively.

Qualifications and Skills

• MBA in Human Resource Management or a relevant field.
• Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS).
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting.
• Solid communication skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Recruitment Process:
• Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process to ensure timely recruitment of staff.
• Prepare and publish advertisements for job vacancies on job portals.
• Employment Process:
• Prepare Letter of Offer/KET for shortlisted candidates.
• Inform and liaise with candidates to sign the Letter of Offer and provide necessary documents, bank account details, qualification certificates, testimonials, etc.
• Arrange workplace, computer, office equipment/stationery, and PPE.
• Create new worker/staff profiles in the HR system.
• Filing & Documentation:
• File bills and handle the reimbursement process.
• Maintain the excel sheet of the monthly expense sheet.
