Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent sales ability with demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets. Prior sales experience is highly valued.
- Strong negotiation skills to effectively work with clients and close deals efficiently.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey ideas clearly and persuasively.
- In-depth market research skills to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Solid relationship-building skills to develop and maintain productive partnerships with clients.
- Experience in strategic planning to drive long-term growth aligned with company objectives.
- Effective lead generation skills to identify potential clients and convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management to manage client accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends, adjusting strategies as needed.

- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and outcomes to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure brand consistency and improve sales outcomes.

- Negotiate and close business deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any issues that arise.
