Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our aftermarket service team in Delhi NCR. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and servicing Tata Motors Rishabh silent diesel generators at customer sites. This role requires a hands-on professional with strong technical expertise and excellent problem-solving skills.

Must Have:

• Educational Qualification: ITI (Diesel Mechanic or Electrician Trade) or Diploma in Diesel Mechanic.
• Technical Skills: Proven ability to diagnose and repair diesel generators.
• Computer Proficiency: Basic skills in operating computers and familiarity with service reporting software.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers effectively.
• Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to address technical issues efficiently.
• Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good to Have:

• Prior Experience: Experience in servicing diesel generators, especially silent diesel generators.
• Technical Training: Certification or additional training in generator maintenance.
• Customer Training Skills: Experience providing technical guidance and training to customers.
• Sales Collaboration: Ability to identify and communicate opportunities for service or product upgrades.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform regular maintenance and servicing of Tata Motors Rishabh silent diesel generators at customer sites.
2. Diagnose technical issues related to generators and provide timely resolutions.
3. Complete all service tasks in compliance with company standards and guidelines.
4. Provide technical guidance and training to customers on the operation and maintenance of generators.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and communicate opportunities for upgrading services or products.
