Role Description

The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies and targets, establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, and dealing with customer issues. This is a full-time role that is located on-site in the Gurugram / Ghaziabad / Noida / New Delhi or Faridabad.


Qualifications


  • Exoerience in B2C sales
  • Experience in managing a sales team
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • A Bachelor's degree in engineering or business management
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of MS Office and CRM software


Additional experience in the engineering, manufacturing, or construction industries, as well as knowledge of power generation and other related products, would be beneficial.
