Job Title: Senior Performance Marketer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Performance Marketer to lead our digital marketing efforts and drive our customer acquisition and revenue growth strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating and executing successful performance-based campaigns across multiple channels, including paid search, social media, email marketing, affiliate marketing, and other relevant platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement performance-based marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth

• Manage and optimize paid search, social media, and other digital marketing campaigns to achieve KPIs

• Conduct A/B testing and analyze data to improve campaign performance and maximize ROI

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing initiatives that align with business goals

• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the effectiveness and relevance of marketing efforts

• Monitor and report on campaign performance using data analysis and reporting tools

• Manage relationships with external partners, such as agencies and vendors, to ensure the successful execution of campaigns

• Manage a team of performance marketers and provide guidance, feedback, and coaching to ensure their professional development

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field

• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth through digital channels

• Proficient in performance marketing platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant tools

• Strong analytical skills, with experience in A/B testing and data analysis

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Experience managing a team and providing guidance and coaching to team members

• Passion for marketing and a commitment to staying up to date with industry trends and best practices
