The HR Lead for the Data Center Infrastructure Business at Jio will manage and oversee the human resources functions specific to this division. This role requires developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the business's strategic goals, supporting the business through organizational change, and ensuring effective talent management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. HR Strategy & Planning:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Partner with leadership to understand business goals and align HR initiatives to support these goals.
  1. Talent Management:
  • Lead recruitment efforts to ensure a robust talent pipeline for technical and leadership roles.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
  1. Employee Engagement & Culture:
  • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and promote a positive work environment.
  • Foster a culture that aligns with the organization’s values and supports high performance.
  1. Performance Management:
  • Develop and manage a performance management system that drives high performance.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to managers to help them effectively manage their teams.
  1. Compensation & Benefits:
  • Oversee the design and implementation of compensation and benefits programs.
  • Ensure competitive and fair compensation practices are followed.
  1. Compliance & Policy Development:
  • Ensure HR policies comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement policies that are consistent with best practices and the company’s objectives.
  1. Organizational Development:
  • Lead organizational development initiatives, including change management, team building, and leadership development.
  • Conduct workforce planning and analysis to ensure the organization has the right talent for future growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in data center infrastructure or related technical industry preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Strong proficiency in HR software and tools.
