Job Overview

Reliance Retail is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Vigilance Investigation Manager to join our team in Guwahati. This is a full-time, mid-level position with 7+ Years of Experience. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing investigation activities, ensuring compliance, and mitigating risks.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct and lead investigations related to fraud, theft, and other unethical practices within the organization.
  • Collaborate with various departments to collect and analyze data relevant to investigations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks and enhance security measures.
  • Prepare detailed investigation reports and present findings to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements during all investigation processes.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on vigilance and investigation protocols.
  • Monitor and review internal processes to identify areas for improvement and risk mitigation.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity throughout all investigation activities.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Fraud Detection: Experience in identifying fraudulent activities and implementing measures to prevent them.
  • Investigation (Mandatory skill): Proven expertise in conducting thorough and effective investigations
  • Root Cause Analysis (Mandatory skill): Expertise in identifying the underlying causes of issues and developing solutions to prevent recurrence.
  • Case Management (Mandatory skill): Strong ability to manage and document investigation cases efficiently from initiation to closure.
  • Risk Assessment: Highly skilled in evaluating potential risks and their impact on the organization.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness in all tasks.
  • Familiarity with SAP and understanding of Retail operations to leverage it for investigation purposes.
