Qualification : CA with Technology (VBA/Python/R) experience

- Roles & responsibilities:

1. Monitoring of Group Treasury policies, Processes , guidelines and Board approvals
2. Monitoring of board approval limits – Borrowing / ICD / Investment / Banking etc.
3. Investment, Forex policy compliance
4. Monitoring of approvals
5. Any other guidelines issued from time to time

• Act as a SPOC for Murex / SAP or any other IT related development projects
• Worked on automation projects using VBA/Python.
• Agreed control and risk monitoring
• Ensuring GRC control and IRCMS compliances
• Review of bank site access provided to user
• Periodic checking with bank accounts about the DoP maintained at their end
• Review of segregation of duties and internal checks in transaction processing activities
• Analytics and Analysis of data - should provide insights to support business / management decision making
• Monitoring investment performance including scheme level portfolio
• Periodic checking of the rate of different products like Financing rate, Bank charges etc. with group
• Custodian of RCA register and performs Root Cause Analysis of any control incident and circulate the report to avoid similar incidents in future
• Working knowledge of VBA macros, Power BI and python will be preferable
• Counter party limit monitoring – E.g. AMC / Bank wise investment limits
• Follow up / closure of open Audit issue
• Process review / self audit
• Activities / exception monitoring & reporting
