Job Purpose
The Team Leader will be responsible for managing a team of Sales Executives, driving sales performance, and ensuring smooth operations within their assigned unit. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership qualities, a proven track record in sales management, and the ability to motivate and mentor their team to achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and motivate a team of Sales Executives to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide guidance and coaching to team members to enhance their sales techniques and customer relationship management skills.
- Monitor individual and team performance, providing regular feedback and conducting performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with the Sales Executives to identify sales opportunities, develop sales strategies, and close deals.
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of sales orders and customer requests.
- Coordinate with other departments such as operations and logistics to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and progress updates to senior management.
- Open to work in Rotational Day shifts
