Job Overview

We are looking for a Junior Store Visual Merchandiser to join our team at Reliance Retail. The role is a full-time position based in Chandrapur, Nagpur. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in visual merchandising and will be responsible for executing store displays, managing planograms, and enhancing the overall store appearance to boost customer engagement and sales.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in visual merchandising, ranging from 1 to 3 years, ideally within the retail industry.
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with planograms and their execution in a retail environment.
• Expertise in fashion design principles and current trends to create appealing visual displays.
• Proficiency in data visualization techniques to analyze sales metrics and optimize displays.
• Skilled in vendor management to ensure timely and efficient delivery of display materials and fixtures.
• Knowledge of color blocking techniques to create impactful and organized store layouts.
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator or similar software to create design plans and mock-ups for visual displays.
• Ability to perform VM styling, ensuring products are showcased in an attractive and marketable manner.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain visual merchandising strategies as per the company guidelines and brand objectives.
• Design and set up engaging and functional displays that attract customers and drive sales.
• Ensure all visual elements are in alignment with the store's layout, fixtures, and customer flow.
• Regularly monitor and analyze sales metrics to optimize and adjust visual displays as needed.
• Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to align visual merchandising initiatives with promotional activities.
• Work closely with vendors to procure necessary materials for store displays, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Conduct regular store walk-throughs to maintain and troubleshoot any visual merchandising issues.
• Ensure the consistent application of visual merchandising standards across all assigned stores.
