  • Team Leadership: Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team to achieve store objectives.
  • Fashion: Knowledge of current fashion trends and ability to apply this in store styling and customer suggestions.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the Reliance Ritu Kumar store on C G Road, Ahmedabad, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Drive sales and profitability by meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing store expenses.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and prompt resolution of complaints and queries.
  • Manage inventory by maintaining accurate stock levels, placing orders, and minimizing stock losses.
  • Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance the store’s appeal and optimize product displays.
