Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Reliance Retail. This full-time, mid-level position is based in Bhubaneswar, Koraput, Balasore, or Sambalpur. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of work experience overseeing retail operations and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and understanding its impact on store efficiency.
- Strong experience with point of sale (POS) systems to ensure seamless customer transactions.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Expertise in retail analytics tools to make informed decisions based on data-driven insights.
- Ability to create comprehensive sales reports and track key performance metrics effectively.
- Excellent analytical skills to evaluate operations and implement improvements strategically.
- Interpersonal skills to manage customer relationships and resolve issues on the store floor.
- Customer service excellence (Mandatory skill) to ensure each customer enjoys a remarkable shopping experience.
- Merchandising strategy (Mandatory skill) to optimize product displays and drive sales effectively.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store operations, ensuring all activities align with company standards and goals.
- Lead, train, and motivate the store team to achieve set sales targets and deliver high-quality customer service.
- Implement merchandising strategies, ensuring product displays are optimized to maximize customer engagement.
- Monitor inventory levels, order stock as needed, and minimize waste to ensure adequate supply.
- Analyze sales and customer data to identify trends and develop action plans to respond to market changes.
- Ensure the store complies with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe environment for staff and customers alike.
- Resolve customer complaints and facilitate feedback to improve customer service practices continually.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop strategies for business improvement and growth.
