- Profound knowledge of merchandise planning, including creating purchase orders, managing inventory levels, and ensuring stock availability.
- Experience with Open to Buy (OTB) lines to manage purchasing budgets efficiently and maximize profitability.
- Ability to monitor and improve sales through rates by making data-driven adjustments to stock and promotional strategies.
- Must have the capability to lead and mentor a team, fostering an environment of continuous improvement.

- Oversee the budget for purchasing and operations, ensuring efficient management of OTB lines.
- Lead a team of merchandisers, offering guidance and support to achieve state-wide objectives.
- Coordinate with supply chain partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to stores.
