We are seeking an Internal Communication Specialist who will primarily work with stake holders on communications initiatives, projects and programs.

Responsibilities:

·        Plan, develop and execute a multi-faceted strategic internal communications program and campaigns for all employees

·        Manage content for internal employee communications, providing engaging features that improve employee engagement

·        Works closely with internal teams on strategy, execution and sustenance of employee engagement initiatives and Program manage engagement activities across the organization.

·        Contribute towards the content for multiple External awards applications

·        Support Executive Leadership team in organizational announcements

·        Serve as an internal HR resource to the Human Resources Business Partners to drive motivation, development and retention of key talent

·        Collaborate with Executives as needed across functions and locations and support the application towards HR/Talent awards and recognitions from external organizations. 

·        Additionally, plan and execute innovative ways of employee engagement that are in tune with company's culture.

Location - Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai

Experience - 7-10 years

Required Qualification - MBA or Post Graduate in Communications with experience in Internal/HR Communications
