Job Overview


We are looking for a highly experienced Chartered Accountant -Service Delivery Lead - Finance to join our team at Reliance Retail. As the Service Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations and processes within our organization. This includes managing accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliation, and ensuring accurate financial records. The role is based in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India and is a full-time position. If you have more than 10 years of relevant experience and possess the required skills, we would love to hear from you.


Qualifications and Skills


  • More than 10 years (CA) of experience in finance or accounting roles
  • Strong knowledge of accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) processes
  • Proficiency in account reconciliation and bank reconciliation
  • Experience with merchandising and non-merchandising finance operations
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong leadership abilities and team management skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy


Roles and Responsibilities


Accounts Payable :

  • To ensure end to end Procure to Payment process ( P2P)
  • Ensure adherence to all statutory liability i.e. TDS, GST, MSME etc..
  • Management reporting i.e. Open Creditors, Advances, MSME, Audits etc..
  • To coordinate with business and ensure timely resolution of AP related issues
  • Time closure of Vendor reconciliation and queries
  • Timely processing and payment of Non Tade invoices i.e. Rent, Electricity, marking etc..
  • Automation and regular process improvement
  • Team Management ( 60+)


Accounts Receivable

 

  • End to end accounting of all collection i.e. Cash, Credit Card, Cheque, UPI etc..
  • Timely closure of open items in Bank Reconciliation
  • Reconciliation and Closure of all Mode of Payment i.e. Cash, Credit Card, Cheque, UPI etc..
  • Ensure reconciliation of Sales v/s collection
  • TDS accounts and reconciliation
  • Management reporting i.e. Open debtors, deposits and TDS
  • To coordinate with business and ensure timely resolution of AR related issues
  • Automation and regular process improvement
  • Team Management ( 20+)
