Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager Replenishment to join our team in Bangalore. This is a full-time, mid-level position focused on ensuring an optimized supply chain and inventory management process. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in supply chain management, inventory optimization, and replenishment. They will play a key role in maintaining efficient and effective supply chains to support our extensive retail operations.

• Strong forecasting abilities to predict inventory needs and minimize out-of-stock scenarios

• Proven track record of process improvement initiatives within a retail or supply chain environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficiency with supply chain management software and tools

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement replenishment strategies to ensure optimal inventory levels across various retail locations
• Analyze sales trends and forecast demand to prevent stockouts and overstock situations
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality of goods, troubleshooting any issues that may arise
• Monitor and evaluate supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions
• Lead initiatives to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs while maintaining high service levels
• Work closely with the sales, marketing, and finance teams to align inventory strategies with business goals
• Manage a team of supply chain professionals, providing mentorship and guidance to achieve departmental objectives
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations related to supply chain management
