Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Senior Customer Service Associate to join our team in Kothamangalam. This is a full-time, junior-level position that requires a maximum of 3 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills and a strong ability to communicate and solve problems effectively.
