Job Purpose:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating business from fruits and vegetables sellers and retailers within their assigned unit. This role involves ensuring timely and accurate execution of orders, increasing order quantities, and expanding the product line offerings. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach fruits and vegetables sellers and retailers to generate sales opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Execute sales orders promptly and accurately, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for order quantity and product line expansion.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth order fulfillment and effective customer support.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to management, detailing sales progress and challenges.
Key Performance Indicators: Primary KPIs:
- Monthly sales revenue targets
- Increase in order quantity and value
- Number of new customers acquired
- Product line expansion metrics (new products introduced)
