Job Purpose

To Oversees the warehouse operations for respective region DCs, drive business SLAs, support DCs, stores and other cross functional teams in resolving issues to ensure overall delivery efficiency of the DC & Region.


Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and optimize daily DC operations, including inbound/outbound logistics, reverse logistics, inventory management, Spares, commercial aspects, and 3PL management, addressing exceptions promptly.
  • Track DC Dashboard KPIs to measure the effectiveness of logistics and distribution operations and and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Oversee inventory levels, storage, and distribution to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize holding costs
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key logistics and distribution partners to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation and warehousing solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and promote a safe working environment for all logistics and distribution activities
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, customer service, and overall supply chain performance
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance overall DC performance, customer experience and reduce costs
  • Lead and manage DC teams, set goals, provide guidance, and ensure effective collaboration.
