Category and Channel Management:
1.1. Oversee and drive the performance of six category businesses across both B2B and B2C channels.
1.2. Ensure effective strategy implementation to meet sales and growth targets. Management of signature corner, driving B2B business with wholesalers, driving business from retailers from existing Metro CSOs, driving super stockist model for FMCG GT team for identified states & managing Metro business end to end.
1.3. Ensure on-time fulfillment of orders to maintain supply chain efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Stakeholder and Team Management:
1.4. Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including metro stores and internal teams.
1.5. Build and train a high-performing team to support business objectives and operational excellence
1.6. Conduct joint fieldwork with Key Account Executives to improve sales performance and ensure proper merchandising.
Market Presence and Insights:
1.7. Dedicate 75% of time to market visits to gather insights, monitor store performance, and identify opportunities.
1.8. Utilize market feedback to refine strategies and enhance execution.
1.9. Plan and develop execution of monthly promotion at each store on alignment with Marketing and Category heads
