Job Overview

The Regional Key Account Manager at Reliance Retail is a senior-level, full-time position based in Hyderabad. This role involves managing and nurturing key accounts, driving sales and strategic business growth, and creating strong relationships with external partners and internal teams.


Qualifications and Skills

  • In-depth knowledge of modern trade practices (Mandatory skill)
  • Proven experience in developing and executing sales strategies to meet business objectives
  • Strong account management skills with a history of successfully managing large client portfolios
  • Exceptional negotiation skills to drive mutually beneficial agreements
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Proficiency in market analysis to identify growth opportunities and trends
  • Expertise in customer retention strategies to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Experience in sales forecasting to predict future sales performance and adjust strategies accordingly

  • Manage and grow key accounts by identifying new business opportunities within the region
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with key accounts to secure long-term business relationships
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with overall business goals and objectives
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and growth
  • Monitor and report on account performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support
