Key Attributes and Responsibilities: -

o  Mentor a team of QA engineers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

o  Design and implement comprehensive test strategies to ensure full test coverage across products.

o  Plan, design, execute, and automate testing processes including functional, regression, and performance testing.

o  Continuously evaluate and improve QA processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

o  Act as the primary point of contact for QA-related communications, providing status reports and updates to stakeholders, including management.

o  Establish and maintain comprehensive documentation of test plans, test cases, and testing results.

o  Monitor and analyze testing metrics to report on quality trends and help inform decision-making

o  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and define comprehensive test plans.

o  Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in software testing.

Technical Requirements (Must Have):

o  Strong in Programming any language, preferably Java, OOPS concepts.

o  Strong in API testing with tools like postman, REST Assured

o  Experience in writing SQL queries.

o  Strong in Selenium Web Driver for automation testing.

o  Proven ability to lead and mentor a team and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

o  Experience in continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.

Technical Requirements (Good To Have):

o  Experience in performance testing and tools like Jmeter.

o  Experience in App automation like in Appium

o  Experience in analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail

o  Relevant QA certifications (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) are a plus.

Qualifications:

o  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

o  6-10 years of professional experience in software testing and quality assurance.
