- Project Oversight: Maintain a close watch on project progress, ensuring projects are completed within the stipulated time frame and meet the highest quality standards.
- Issue Management: Monitor the completion of the scope of work to prevent any project delays and proactively address potential issues.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with store operations, facility management, and EPC teams to facilitate a smooth Handover to Operations (HOTO) process.
- Annual Operating Plan Alignment: Ensure the execution of stores aligns with the Company’s Annual Operating Plan.
- Internal Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with internal design stakeholders, including Architectural, Air Conditioners and Electrical, Security Loss and Prevention, and IT teams, to ensure a successful new store launch.
- External Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with external stakeholders such as the Land Team, External Design Consultant, and Property Consultant to ensure timely delivery of all project-related deliverables.
- New Store Setup:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (such as design, procurement, and construction) to ensure the timely setup of new stores.
- Oversee store layout planning, fixture installation, and inventory setup.
- Coordinate with vendors for equipment installation (e.g., point-of-sale systems, security systems, and displays).
- Store Closure Activities:
- Plan and execute store closure procedures, including inventory clearance, equipment removal, and lease termination.
- Coordinate with legal and finance teams for closure-related documentation.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Budget and Expense Tracking: Monitor project budgets and expenses, tracking variances and recommending corrective actions when necessary.
- Quality Assurance and Handover:
- Conduct quality checks to ensure the store meets company standards.
- Facilitate the handover process from project completion to store operations.
- Reporting: Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders
