  1. Project Oversight: Maintain a close watch on project progress, ensuring projects are completed within the stipulated time frame and meet the highest quality standards.
  2. Issue Management: Monitor the completion of the scope of work to prevent any project delays and proactively address potential issues.
  3. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with store operations, facility management, and EPC teams to facilitate a smooth Handover to Operations (HOTO) process.
  4. Annual Operating Plan Alignment: Ensure the execution of stores aligns with the Company’s Annual Operating Plan.
  5. Internal Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with internal design stakeholders, including Architectural, Air Conditioners and Electrical, Security Loss and Prevention, and IT teams, to ensure a successful new store launch.
  6. External Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with external stakeholders such as the Land Team, External Design Consultant, and Property Consultant to ensure timely delivery of all project-related deliverables.
  7. New Store Setup:
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (such as design, procurement, and construction) to ensure the timely setup of new stores.
  9. Oversee store layout planning, fixture installation, and inventory setup.
  10. Coordinate with vendors for equipment installation (e.g., point-of-sale systems, security systems, and displays).
  11. Store Closure Activities:
  12. Plan and execute store closure procedures, including inventory clearance, equipment removal, and lease termination.
  13. Coordinate with legal and finance teams for closure-related documentation.
  14. Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, reports, and meeting minutes.
  15. Budget and Expense Tracking: Monitor project budgets and expenses, tracking variances and recommending corrective actions when necessary.
  16. Quality Assurance and Handover:
  17. Conduct quality checks to ensure the store meets company standards.
  18. Facilitate the handover process from project completion to store operations.
  19. Reporting: Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders
