Job Description - Dispenses and Fits Accurate Prescriptions § Dispenses accurate prescriptions and fits spectacles, contact lenses and other optical aids. § Refraction, diagnosis and Customer Consultation § Perform refraction and diagnosis to meet customer’s needs. Give advice to patients on: lens types, frames and styling; fit contact lenses and care; use of low vision aids, adjustments and repairs to spectacles. § Inventory Management § Manage inventory of lenses and range of optical products and give inputs on orders of the same. § Reporting § Provide regularly, necessary qualitative and quantitative reports to management on sales and stock as well as feedback on customers for their preferences etc. to facilitate decision making. § Quality Control and Consultant § Ensures quality of eye measurements. Regularly audits fitments and dispensing techniques of Opticians and maintains reports. This role is the point of escalation for Opticians for cases which require higher consultaion.
Education Required: Diploma in Optometry / Bachelor in Optometry
Experience: 0-5 Yrs
Role: Customer Service Associate / Sales Executive from Eyewear or Any Retail stores
Job Description - Achieve and exceed sales target for the category by enhancing conversion ratios and average transaction values through satisfactory consumer counseling and delivering customer service of the highest standards; cross selling and up selling. Ensure that shrinkage is within the budgeted norm by adherence to proper stock management procedures and vigilance without adversely affecting the customer service levels. Ensure compliance with SOP, Company policy and standards. Ensure that high standards of retail are maintained at the store by ensuring stocking of products and display with adherence to standards and assist in stock staking. Ensure accurate and smooth sales transaction, cash handling and accounting and performance of other cashiering duties in accordance with the SOP. Provide regularly, necessary qualitative and quantitative reports to management on sales and stock as well as feedback on customers for their preferences etc. to facilitate decision making.
Education Required - SSLC & Above
