About The Role

As a part of Social Media Marketing team you will play a pivotal role in influencing strategic decisions for the company. You will be part of a carefully selected, high-performing, highly motivated team. You will get an opportunity to demonstrate your skills and inspire various internal stakeholders to realize Reliance Retail’s longer-term vision/ goals.

Specifically, You Will Be Responsible To:

 

Social Media Strategy and Planning:

 

Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to align with marketing and business objectives.

Conduct research on current industry trends, competitor activities, and target audience behaviors to inform the social media strategy.


Content Creation and Management:

 

Create engaging and shareable content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn.

Collaborate with the design team to develop visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content.

Manage the social media content calendar, ensuring a consistent and timely posting schedule.

 

Audience Engagement:

 

Foster and grow the online community by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and addressing customer inquiries.

Monitor social media channels for trends and conversations relevant to the brand, industry, and competitors.

 

Campaign Development and Execution:

 

Plan and execute social media campaigns that drive brand awareness, user engagement, and conversions.

Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to optimize future strategies.

 

Influencer Marketing:

 

Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand the brand's reach and credibility.

Negotiate and manage partnerships with influencers, ensuring alignment with brand values and messaging.

 

Analytics and Reporting:

 

Utilize social media analytics tools to track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics.

Provide regular reports to management, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

 

Social Media Advertising:

 

Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to support business goals.

Optimize ad performance based on data insights and budget constraints.


Stay Updated on Industry Trends:

 

Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in social media marketing, incorporating innovative strategies into the overall plan.

 

What You’ll Need:

·        PG in marketing.

·        6+ Yrs of experience in Retail / FMCG as Social Media Marketing specialist.

·        Proven working experience in Social Media marketing.

·        Demonstrable experience leading and managing digital campaigns, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns, Influencer management.

·        Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.

·        In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, best practices, and emerging trends.

·        Strong project management and organizational skills.

·        Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.

·        Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

·        Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

·        Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content and campaigns.
