Position Summary:

As the Manager of Master Data Management, you will play a pivotal role in leading and enhancing our Master Data Management & Governance programs. You will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our core enterprise master data (Customer, Vendor, Financial, Site, etc.), ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and driving reporting excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Master Data Management & Governance programs for core enterprise master data domains.
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and quality of master data across the organization.
• Implement and maintain data compliance frameworks aligned with various statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Enhance data quality management processes using tools like SAP, Power BI, and advanced Excel.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data governance strategies and ensure data alignment with business needs.
• Develop and maintain data reporting excellence, leveraging analytics tools to provide insights and support decision-making.
• Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) related to data accuracy, compliance rates, and project timelines.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 5-10 years of experience in Master Data Management, with a strong background in data governance, data quality, and compliance.
• Proficiency in SAP, Power BI, and advanced Excel.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Management, or a related field is preferred.
