• Roles and Responsibilities
• Serve as domain expert for HR Analytics and analyze various KPIs for optimization of Human Capital parameters
• Identify and track key metrics and help HR Leaders to focus their initiatives by highlighting pain areas and support Leadership team in formulating AOP and HR Strategy
• Solve and automate complex calculations using various tools & techniques and partner with cross functional teams in order to facilitate various initiatives 
• Lead data related automation initiatives to drive efficiency and productivity
• Drive key strategic projects across multiple businesses of Reliance Retail            
• Lead development of data visualizations using different technological platforms like Tableau and PowerBI
• Source, compile and interpret key business data and perform complex data analysis and reports for leadership
• Identify errors and deficiencies and makes process improvement recommendations.
• Assist in the development of policies, guidelines, procedures, systems, and documentation, as appropriate to the development of best practices.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret research data and derive useful information synchronizing multiple data sources with the use of variety of established methods including Surveys, Data mining, FGDs, etc.
