Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant with 7 to 10 years of experience to fill the position of Senior Treasury Manager, who will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and credit rating agencies. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, adept management capabilities, and a keen eye for detail. This individual will play a critical role in optimizing financial partnerships, managing bank facility agreements, and overseeing treasury-related MIS and presentations for management.

Responsibilities:

1. Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and credit rating agencies across organizational hierarchies.
2. Foster effective communication and collaboration to enhance financial partnerships.
3. Orchestrate seamless execution of bank facility agreements, demonstrating adept management skills in navigating the complexities of financial documentation.
4. Ensure precise implementation of agreements and compliance with regulatory requirements.
5. Collate and prepare Treasury-related MIS and relevant presentations for management.
6. Proficiently manage group financial portfolios, overseeing both fund-based and non-fund-based limits to optimize resource allocation and enhance overall financial flexibility.
7. Strategically manage intricate banking architectures, overseeing diverse relationships with numerous banks and companies to optimize financial structures and ensure seamless operational integration.
8. Skillfully manage FX back-office hedging activities, coupled with a strong background in meticulous accounting and reporting, ensuring comprehensive risk mitigation and financial transparency.
9. Utilize accounting software (SAP) to facilitate efficient financial operations and reporting.
10. Develop and maintain excellent relations across hierarchy within banks, fostering trust and collaboration.
11. Demonstrate good communication skills, interpersonal skills, and an eye for detail.
12. Utilize advanced Excel formulas for data analysis and reporting purposes.
