Position: Cluster Visual Merchandiser

Qualifications:

·        Diploma, graduate, or post-graduate degree in Fashion Design or related field.

·        5-7 years of experience in the retail industry, preferably in visual merchandising roles.

·        Proven track record of success in visual merchandising.

Skills Required:

·        Innovation and Creativity: Ability to develop innovative visual concepts and creative displays to attract customers.

·        Process Orientation: Strong understanding of merchandising processes and ability to implement efficient workflows.

·        Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of products and trends in the fashion industry.

·        Vendor Relationship Skills: Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with vendors and suppliers.

Responsibilities:

1.   Develop and communicate visual concepts and strategies to promote brands and drive sales.

2.   Create visually appealing displays that enhance the overall shopping experience.

3.   Collaborate with store managers and regional teams to ensure consistency in visual merchandising across multiple stores.

4.   Train store staff on visual merchandising standards and best practices.

5.   Monitor and analyse sales trends to optimize visual merchandising strategies.

6.   Maintain inventory of display materials and coordinate with vendors for timely procurement.

Additional Requirements:

·        Experience working in retail clusters or multi-store environments is preferred.
