Job Overview

This role is responsible for managing the retail operations of the cluster and ensure smooth execution, adherence to all SOPs and cluster performance. They will drive sales for the cluster (achieving the sales budget), customer experience, assortment, managing inventory, dispensing and quality standards, local marketing activities, motivation and retention of store personnel, adherence to company norms/SOPs and overall profitability of the assigned cluster of stores.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the operations of multiple retail stores in the Cochin region.
• Ensure stores meet or exceed sales targets and profitability goals.
• Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures to ensure high standards of inventory management and customer service.
• Recruit, train, and develop store managers and their teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Foster a positive work environment to enhance employee engagement and productivity.
• Work closely with the headquarters to align store operations with overall company goals and objectives.
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.

• Financial Performance - Achievement of Topline - TGT Vs Ach, LFL Growth, Market Share, Share of RCP, Attachment, EOL, Private label.
• Customer Experience - VOC/Net Promoter Score, SQA, Complaints, Loyalty cards
• Inventory Management - Assortment, Shrinkage, Defective Management
• People Management - Retention Score and Engagement Score of Employees
• New Initiatives for business growth - Competitive Intelligence - New Market Potential, New Stores, Market Share

Education: Post-Graduate

Experience: 10 to 12 years
