1. Position Name: Admin Manager

Responsibilities:
1.1. Execute daily checklists, follow preventive maintenance schedules, and carry out audits as scheduled.
1.2. Enforce mail reporting protocols and oversee support staff expenses and service quality.
1.3. Address customer complaints, ensure security, and provide services for differently-abled customers.
1.4. Ensure fire and property safety and sustain security measures through proactive actions, inspections, training, equipment maintenance, and emergency planning.
1.5. Manage consumables, barter inventory, and assets by overseeing procurement, utilization, upkeep, disposal, and vendor relationships to ensure timely supplies, cost efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
1.6. Prepare and manage the mall's budget, including revenue forecasts, expense control, and capital expenditures.
1.7. Monitor financial performance, analyse variances, and implement corrective actions as needed.
1.8. Assist Marketing in executing promotional events and engaging customers using advertising, social media, and various channels to promote the mall and its tenants.
