Job Overview

Reliance Retail is seeking a dedicated Loss Prevention Manager to join our team. This mid-level position is full-time and based in Ludhiana, Patiala, Sirhind, and Pathankot. The Loss Prevention Manager will be tasked with mitigating risks, preventing theft, and reducing shrink within our retail operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in risk assessment, incident investigation, and loss mitigation.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in risk assessment to identify potential threats within retail operations.
• Proven ability to conduct thorough incident investigations to understand and resolve security issues.
• Expertise in implementing theft prevention strategies to safeguard assets.
• Strong capabilities in shrink reduction to minimize inventory losses.

• Experience in auditing to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.

• Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with management and staff on security matters.
