Qualifications and Skills

• 4-6 years of experience in loss prevention or security management roles
• Strong understanding of risk assessment, security management, and investigation techniques
• Experience in crisis management, auditing, and emergency response planning
• Knowledge of effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Proven ability to develop and implement loss prevention strategies to safeguard company assets

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective loss prevention strategies to minimize risks and protect company assets
• Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective actions
• Manage investigations into theft, fraud, and other security incidents, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance emergency response planning and crisis management procedures
• Train and educate employees on security protocols and best practices to prevent losses
• Monitor store operations to detect and prevent potential security threats and breaches
• Maintain accurate records of security incidents, investigations, and loss prevention activities
• Coordinate with law enforcement agencies and external partners as needed for security-related matters
