Job Purpose
Oversee national operations initiatives and programs across India from the corporate office, formulating and driving the implementation of SOPs in stores
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Detailed sales plan, including sales targets, timelines, and key performance indicator
- Work closely with sales team to ensure alignment and understanding of sales objectives and strategies.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns and sales events to drive revenue and achieve sales target.
- Monitor sales performance metrices and generate reports to track progress against goals.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for improvement.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize sales strategies and increase profitability.
- Lead national operations Initiatives & programs from Corporate office
- Coordinate delivery of operational project requirements; conduct cross-department projects
- Engage with retail team to drive innovation, impactful initiatives for customer engagement & Excellence in retail Store
- Drive employee engagement at stores - Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement at stores
- Communicate and ensure compliance of policies and guidelines
