Job Mandate
Drive sales and sales share of repeat customers, higher retention, higher revenue per user for existing customers
Key Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
· Ownership of key metrices of repeat users – revenue, ASP, revenue/ user, profitability etc.
· Lifecycle management for repeat users to drive growth across metrices (ASP, profitability, revenue etc.)
· Segment customers and devise strategies to tackle each customer segment
· Drive retention of customers across age-buckets and behavioral pattern; Design and implement programs to improve customer retention on the platform
· Segmenting customers basis purchase type, browsing history, demographics etc.
· Develop deep customer understanding by segments and purchase/ browsing behavior
· Work closely with marketing team for retargeting, and bring customer back to platform
· Design and lead the loyalty program charter for the organization
Candidate Requirements
· Strong experience in driving customer metrices and retention programs
· Strong analytical skills to be able to derive insights from customer data and present actionable solutions
· Experience in driving loyalty programs
· Ability to manage and lead teams
· Understanding of the e-commerce business is an added advantage
· Understanding of analytical tools is an advantage
