Job Overview

We are currently seeking a Lead Engineer for Mechanical Design to join our team on a full-time basis in Navi Mumbai, Mumbai. This role is critical in leading the design strategy and ensuring the seamless execution of mechanical design processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with Total Quality Management (TQM) and MEP Design.

Qualifications and Skills

• B.E/ B.Tech (Mechanical)
• Total Quality Management (TQM)
• MEP Design
• Expertise in developing and implementing effective design strategies
• Proven experience with total in-house design checks to ensure high standards
• Strong ability to collaborate and communicate with various stakeholders including clients and internal teams
• In-depth knowledge of design processes and best practices
• Excellent understanding of compliance management to adhere to industry standards and regulations
• Capacity to lead and mentor junior engineers to foster growth and enhance team performance

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the mechanical design team and oversee all phases of design projects from inception to completion
• Ensure that all design work is accurate, meets technical guidelines, and complies with relevant standards and regulations
• Develop and maintain design strategies that align with company goals and project requirements
• Conduct comprehensive in-house design checks and quality assurance procedures
• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address any design-related concerns
• Manage compliance with industry standards and ensure all designs meet safety and performance criteria
• Implement Total Quality Management (TQM) practices to maintain high-quality outputs
• Mentor and guide junior engineers to enhance their skills and professional growth
