Lead Electrical Design Engineer - Full-Time opportunity in Navi Mumbai
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum Education qualification : B.Tech / B.E (Electrical)
- Minimum 20 years of experience in a Senior Electrical Design Engineering role.
- Proficiency in HVAC Design and MEP Design.
- Expertise in Total Quality Management (TQM) principles.
- Ability to create Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for electrical design projects.
- Excellent Stakeholder Management skills.
- Experience in conducting Site Audits and Construction Site Inspections.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead the electrical design team in developing innovative and efficient electrical designs for retail spaces.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems into overall building design.
- Implement Total Quality Management (TQM) practices to ensure high standards of electrical design and execution.
- Prepare and review Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for electrical components and materials.
- Manage stakeholders including internal teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
- Conduct regular Site Audits and Construction Site Inspections to monitor progress and compliance with electrical design specifications.
