Job Overview
The Lead Cold Beverages is a senior-level position located in Bangalore, responsible for managing and optimizing the cold beverages category within Reliance Retail. This is a full-time role that focuses on developing strategies, managing inventory, and ensuring customer satisfaction through superior product offerings and vendor relations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize wastage (Mandatory skill)
- Strong expertise in category management to develop and execute category strategies effectively (Mandatory skill)
- Excellent vendor negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and build sustainable relationships (Mandatory skill)
- Exceptional customer service skills to address queries and enhance the overall customer experience
- Proficiency in menu development to innovate and refresh beverage offerings periodically
- Competence in maintaining robust vendor relations for continuous product availability and quality
- Ability to conduct sales analysis to identify trends and opportunities for category growth
- Solid experience in sales management to drive sales and achieve business targets
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement category strategies to optimize the cold beverages segment
- Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability and minimize overstock or stockouts
- Negotiate with vendors to secure the best terms, discounts, and delivery schedules
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and new product launches
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast demand, and adjust strategies accordingly
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure continuous supply and quality of products
- Lead the development and periodic refreshment of the beverage menu to cater to changing consumer preferences
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing feedback and improving service delivery
