Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, acting as the main point of contact
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve mutual objectives, aligning business strategies for both the client and the company.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities for upselling or cross-selling to drive revenue growth within key accounts
- Proactively address issues and conflicts to ensure client satisfaction and maintain a positive business relationship.
- Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitors to provide valuable insights to key clients.
- Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring that both parties fulfill their obligations and fostering a transparent and mutually beneficial partnership.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of client strategies and initiatives, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure seamless delivery of services and products, enhancing the overall client experience.
