Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced Jewelry Design Executive to join our team at Reliance Retail. As a Jewelry Design Executive, you will be responsible for designing and creating exquisite jewelry pieces that meet the needs and preferences of our customers. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in jewelry design. The role is based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India and is a full-time employment opportunity.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as a Jewelry Designer, with a portfolio showcasing your creativity and craftsmanship
• Proficiency in jewelry design software such as CorelDRAW and Adobe Photoshop
• Strong understanding of different materials, including gold, diamonds, and gemstones
• Excellent hand-sketching and illustration skills
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of jewelry manufacturing processes
• Ability to stay updated on current design trends and market demands
• Bachelor's Degree in Jewelry Design or a related field

Roles and Responsibilities

• Designing and creating unique and exquisite jewelry pieces in accordance with customer preferences and specifications
• Translating customer ideas and requirements into tangible jewelry designs
• Developing design concepts and presenting them to clients for approval
• Collaborating with the production team to ensure accurate and high-quality execution of designs
• Staying updated on the latest jewelry design trends, materials, and techniques
• Conducting market research to identify customer preferences and emerging design trends
• Maintaining accurate documentation and records of all designs and materials
• Assisting in the selection of materials, stones, and other components for jewelry production
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards and processes
• Working closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide design recommendations
• Managing multiple design projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines
