- Execute HR strategy in alignment with business need for the region.
- Track, publish and contain head count within the Budget and Manage end to end store recruitments for Stores
- Impact engagement levels and longevity of employees
- Adhere to statutory compliances, Grievance handling and disciplinary action at the Stores, Manage employee relations at all stores in the Cluster
- Execute transfers ,payroll and employee queries of the Cluster
- Share and implement Best practices
- Implement all R&R initiatives
