1.     Collaborate closely with the Sales team to understand market dynamics, customer trends, and sales forecasts for various fruits and vegetables categories.

2.     Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks within the category.

3.     Develop and execute Category Trade Plans that align with business objectives and customer needs.

4.     Create promotional strategies, pricing strategies, and assortment plans to drive category growth and profitability.

5.     Monitor and evaluate the performance of trade promotions and initiatives, making adjustments as needed to maximize ROI.

6.     Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams, to ensure alignment and support for trade plans.

7.     Prepare regular reports and presentations on category performance, trade spend effectiveness, and market trends.
