Job Overview


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Growth Marketing to join our team at JioMart, a subsidiary of Reliance Retail. As the Head of Growth Marketing, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through strategic marketing initiatives. This is a full-time position based in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, and requires a minimum of 10 years of experience.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in growth marketing or related roles
  • Proven track record of driving user acquisition and revenue growth in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
  • Expertise in digital marketing, with a deep understanding of user acquisition strategies and tactics
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to derive actionable insights from data
  • Experience in CRO management and optimization
  • Background in product marketing and strong understanding of marketing principles
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-changing startup environment
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute growth marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and revenue growth for JioMart
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including social media, search engine marketing, display advertising, and email marketing
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, technology, and data analytics to develop and implement growth initiatives
  • Drive CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) through continuous testing and optimization of landing pages, user flows, and campaign creatives
  • Lead the product marketing efforts by developing clear value propositions, messaging, and positioning strategies
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular performance reports to senior management
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in growth marketing
